What would you think if I told you there are only 7 keys you need to do to have a better life? That if you master these 7 keys, your life will forever be changed for the better and you will find the happiness and success you most desire?
7 Keys You NEED to Unlock a Better Life NOW
It sounds too good to be true. It isn’t. When you master these 7 keys, anything else is possible for you. Each of these things will get you further and further towards a better you but the best way to get the most out of this is to do all 7 at the same time. The reason for this is because each task, by itself, is good; however, often times, one thing not master will effect the outcomes of the other things.
Let me share the 7 keys and then we’ll discuss a little more. (Click on links to read in-depth articles).
- Gratitude – Be grateful for what you have right now.

- Daily Motivation – Discover what motivates you and focus on it daily.
- You Time – Take time for yourself so that your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy reserves are recharged regularly.
- Exercise/Nutrition – Eat right and exercise to increase your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and vitality.
- Helping Others – Take the focus off your own problems by getting out there and helping someone with theirs.
- Stop Complaining – Either come up with a solution and solve your problems or stop wasting time talking about them.
- Ask for Help – It’s a sign of strength to ask for help when you are stuck and need to have some guidance on how to proceed.
Here the thing, if you are chronically complaining, it’s hard to be grateful. If you are not exercising and eating well, it’s hard to maintain enough energy to allow for “you time”. It’s hard to do one of them without doing all of them without some consistency. There are times when baby stepping into a program can be extremely beneficial. This isn’t one of those times. Rather, this is a time to dive in head first knowing that you have no choice but to float to the top!
Over the next several posts, I’ll be sharing a bit more about each of these steps and how you can really begin to implement them into your life. In the mean time, take the descriptions I’ve offered here and start today!

You hit the nail on the head when you point out that all of the keys are interconnected. The synergy among them is profound. I’d like to add that finding what motivates you is about discovering your passions and looking for multiple ways to weave them into every activity, every day. Great article. Thank you!
Thank you Judy. Yes, I’ll be talking more about motivation in one of the upcoming posts.
Great post, thank you for this and it is true that all are interconnected. I guess I still need some work in “the asking for help” part. Must work more on it
You aren’t alone! The good new is that, it IS something you can work on!
Very Nice! Gratitude is the biggest game changer out there. I teach S.T.R.E.N.G.T.H. to people as a way to develop relationships–beginning with the interpersonal relationship we have with ourselves. Silence, Talking, Radiate, Energy, Negotiate, Give and Gifts, Team, Hope
You list here has a lot, if not everything, to do with the interpersonal relationship. This is where a better life begins.
I appreciate your thoughts and work and I am ready to support you at any chance I can.
