Running with a friend is FUN! This week, I went to a gym to do one of my runs. My friend belongs to that gym so we went together. She pushed me to break many of my previous milestones. Having a partner for anything you do makes it an easier journey. No one likes to do anything alone for very long and a friend can really help motivate you when the energy level and desire wains.
